The Reebok 5K Hockey Shoulder pads offer a solid level of protection and a nice lightweight feel.  The protective sections are made from molded High Density foam with plastic reinforced sternum and spine guard.  The JOFA developed JDP® (Joint Discharge Principle) shoulder caps also offer great protection and they also have plastic adjustable reinforced bicep guards and  plastic reinforced shoulder blades.   The 5K shoulder pads also have the KFS (Kinetic Fit System) hinged shoulder cap and shoulder blade to offer more protection without sacrificing mobility.
