The Bauer X40 Comp Goalie Sticks is a great fully composite stick, without the a composite price tag. The X:40 Goalie stick offers a double concave geometry on the shaft of the stick to give you better feel of the puck. Bauer has also used a flat front geometry on the fibre glass reinforced paddle which will help with rebound control and balance the stick.  The blade is made from a low density foam to dampen shots whilst retaining a high degree of feel for the stick.
